Penn Campus Recreation

Caeley Grady joined Penn in 2024 as the Adventure Coordinator, where she oversees climbing wall operations, outdoor equipment rentals, and a wide range of adventure-based programming. With a passion for creating inclusive, engaging outdoor experiences, she works to connect the Penn community with opportunities to explore, challenge themselves, and build confidence through adventure.

Caeley earned her bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Sport Management with an emphasis in outdoor recreation from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois, and completed her master’s degree in Outdoor Recreation and Education at Ohio University in 2023.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Caeley can most often be found rock climbing, backpacking, caving, or canoeing. They are excited to be part of the Penn community and looks forward to inspiring more people to get involved at the climbing wall—and outdoors beyond campus.
