Personal training provides you with one-on-one time to focus on your form, strength, and agility. Your trainer will give you the tools you need to meet your goals while also providing you with accountability, motivation, confidence, and safety.

To get started with Personal Training, download and complete the Personal Training Registration Form and submit your payment online by clicking the appropriate link below. Payment is required prior to scheduling sessions.
 
NOTE: You will not be contacted until both your payment and Registration Form are received. Personal Training sessions are final sale.

In-Body Consultation 

The InBody Consultation is a personalized session designed to assess your body composition and provide insights into your health and fitness. During the consultation, you will undergo a non-invasive, quick, and accurate body composition analysis using the InBody machine. This advanced technology measures key parameters such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, body water content and more.

Our Personal Trainer on site will interpret the results and provide a detailed report, helping you understand the balance between lean mass and fat mass, and how these factors impact your overall health and fitness goals. The consultation includes a thorough explanation of your results, along with recommendations for improving or maintaining your health based on your specific needs, whether it's weight management, muscle building, or general wellness.

The InBody consultation is ideal for individuals looking to track their fitness progress, optimize their workouts, or gain a better understanding of their body’s composition for health-related purposes.

The trainers will also offer ongoing progress tracking to ensure that you're advancing toward your goals, with adjustments made as needed to keep you challenged and engaged.

Training sessions are available in one-on-one formats, ensuring you receive focused attention and support, with the flexibility to schedule sessions around your availability.
