Refund Policy:
Refund requests for aquatics programs and services were accepted through July 1, 2024, a deadline set in coordination with the former Aquatics Coordinator to ensure clarity before the pool's closure.
As this policy was consistently communicated in advance, we are no longer processing refunds for services provided prior to reopening. We remain committed to supporting our patrons and will work to accommodate future needs as programs resume.
