After you have purchased a package of lessons, please submit our Swim Lesson Interest Form where you will provide us with your goals, availability, and instructor preferences. From there, you'll be matched with an instructor and can begin scheduling lessons. Instructor-client matches are not guaranteed, but we will attempt to match each client with an instructor in a timely fashion. Failure to find a swim instructor match will result in a full refund.
Refund Policy
Package Expiration: Unredeemed lessons expire 90 days after the first lesson. Refund requests will not be accepted after package expiration.
Difficulty Finding an Instructor: If it has been longer than 21 business days since you submitted the swim instructor match questionnaire and you have not yet received a match, you may request a full refund.
Refund requests will be accepted only due to the following reasons: failure to find an instructor match, relocations outside of Philadelphia county and the bordering counties of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, personal health reasons, family health reasons, or termination of employment or change in academic status with the University of Pennsylvania
