Membership Cancelation Policy
ADVANCE NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN FOR ALL MEMBERSHIP TYPES
Monthly Installment Plans: must submit cancelation forms no later than the 20th of the month in your last month of membership to avoid future charges (Example: Jane Doe wants her membership to end April 30. Therefore, Jane must submit her cancelation request on or before April 20 to avoid being charged after April 30).
Early Cancelation Fee: A $120 early withdrawal fee will be applied if a monthly installment membership agreement is terminated during the first six (6) months of your membership. If you decide to rejoin at a later date, a new agreement will be established. The early withdrawal fees will once again be applicable to the new membership agreement.
Separation From the University System: It is the responsibility of the member to notify Campus Recreation, in writing, their separation from the University of Pennsylvania. Separating will not end membership, but may prevent purchasing of future memberships.
Refund Policy: All program, service and membership sales are final. Refunds requested as the result of an unforeseen circumstance will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Director of Campus Recreation or Designee. Approved exceptions/special circumstances are subject to prorating as well as processing fees. In the case of member failing to notify Campus Recreation of their separation from the University of Pennsylvania, the refund limit is two months of their charged monthly rate, or a prorated equivalent.

Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original card used at the time of payment and can take 10 - 15 business days to process.
