Brynn Peterson started at Penn in July of 2025 as the Aquatics Coordinator.
In her role, Brynn is responsible for all aquatic facilities, such as lifeguarding staffing and expectations, swim lessons, recreational swim, and operations of Sheerr pool.
Brynn has been apart of aquatics her whole life by being a competitive swimmer in college at La Salle University and working as an age group swim coach at Germantown Academy. She has worked as a pool manager, head lifeguard, and swim lesson facilitator/instructor at many pool organizations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Last year she was a sixth grade English teacher in Philadelphia and transitioned back into the aquatics field.
Brynn enjoys running, exercising, traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She is looking forward to being a part of the Penn community and Campus Recreational staff as well as getting to know more of the people involved in the aquatics at Sheerr pool.
