Refund Policy:
All program, service and membership sales are final. Refunds requested as the result of an unforeseen circumstance will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Director of Campus Recreation or Designee. Approved exceptions/special circumstances are subject to prorating as well as processing fees.
Thank you for your patience as we work to process refunds as quickly as possible. All approved refunds will be returned via the methods noted below:
Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original card used at the time of payment and can take 10 - 15 business days to process.
A Recreation staff member will reach out to you for additional information needed for processing using the email address provided below.
