Membership Services Office

The Membership Services Office is where registration occurs for nearly every program and service offered by the University of Pennsylvania Department of Recreation & Wellness. Located at the rear of the Pottruck Health & Fitness Center, the Membership Services Office is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays. We are closed on the weekends.

*A direct entrance to the Membership Services Office can be found off of Sansom Street, at the rear of the Pottruck Health & Fitness Center facility.

Weekends  Closed

Penn Campus Recreation memberships are available for UPenn Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Affiliates, and the Hospital Community. Spouses and Dependents of UPenn Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Affiliates, and the Hospital Community are also eligible for membership. Programs and Services Registration:

Registration for the following programs and services can be completed at the Membership Services Office:

Private lessons and all Spouse/Dependent memberships can only be purchased at the Membership Services Office due to specific paperwork requirements. Patrons who wish to enroll/pay for their membership through an Installment Plan or Payroll Deduction are also required to visit the Membership Services Office.
