Our Muay Thai class is a great workout focused on learning and developing Muay Thai fundamentals and techniques through partner drilling and pad work. Teeps, checks, clinches, kicks, elbows, punches, and knees are some techniques that will be put together and demonstrated during class for our members to drill in order to learn the proper balance and mechanics of practical combos.
