Our Personal Training program is designed to provide each client with a positive experience.  Our trainers are certified through reputable, national organizations and are experienced in developing personalized programs designed to achieve your health and fitness goals.

What are you made of?

Campus Recreation now offers InBody testing. Learn your body composition, basal metabolic rate, and more! Purchase of an InBody session includes a 10-minute appointment with a fitness professional to explain your results. A full fitness assessment includes an appointment with a certified personal trainer to determine your fitness levels. This is a great way to kick off your fitness routine or measure the progress of your current program! Purchase 2 InBody sessions at one time and receive a 10% discount!

Personal training package options

We have several options to meet everyone’s needs. Sessions range from 30-60 minutes and can be purchased in packages of 3-15 sessions. Please click HERE to see options and pricing.

To get started download and complete the Personal Training Registration Packet and submit in person with payment at Membership Services. Payment is required prior to scheduling sessions. If you purchase your packages online, please send a registration packet to pennrecwellness@gmail.com. You will not be contacted until both your payment and packet are received.

PREMIUM PROGRAMMING FALL 2018: Registration opens August 19, 2018

The Turf side of MPR will be closed to the registered patrons during scheduled times! MPR is located next to the basketball courts on the 2nd floor!

Train with your Penn community with a motivational and enthusiastic certified personal trainer in Penn’s result and data-driven fitness program for all levels! Group Functional Training combines the fun and competitiveness of larger group exercise with the individualization of one-on-one personal training.

Small groups (8-12) team up to complete weight training and conditioning circuits/workouts designed to maximize body composition, strength, and health while getting the benefits of strength and body composition assessments.

On average, from beginning to end assessments, program participants have seen a 44% increase in overall strength and endurance while dropping three pounds of fat and gaining lean muscle mass.

Group Functional Training is open to ALL levels of fitness and participants are encouraged to go at their own pace.

Registration

Pre-registration is required for all Functional Training Sessions. Early registration is recommended as space is limited. Visit our online Innosoft Fusion Portal to view available class times and register. Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Drop-in passes are not available for the classes below.
