What's good everyone! My name is Malik, and hopefully I'm your next personal trainer! I love fitness, but more specifically, my true passion has always been to better myself, whether that’s through study, exercise, or the development of new skills. Pushing myself to new heights and accomplishments has helped me understand who I am, build my confidence, and become comfortable with myself. This is exactly why I help others with their fitness goals. I believe that exercise, health, and wellness are great mediums to develop a sense of self, develop confidence, and develop an important level of personal comfort. I love seeing these positive developments in others, and I love being an agent of positive change. I've been an athlete all my life, and it has helped me craft a training focus that includes functional fitness, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), weight training, and weight loss.
