  • Group Exercise 

    Tired of working out alone? Campus Recreation’s Group Exercise program is designed to provide participants with a variety of class options including Spinning, Les Mills BODYPUMP, ZUMBA and more. In order to participate in any Group Exercise, a Campus Recreation Basic Membership is required. Visit Group Exercise to learn more about the program and pass options.

  • Personal Training

    Our trainers are certified through reputable, national organizations and are experienced in developing personal programs designed to achieve your health and fitness goals. Visit Personal Training to learn more about this service.

  •  Premium Fitness Courses

    Campus Recreation’s Instructional Course program offers a variety of progression based courses. Offerings include Penn F.I.T., Dance, Martial Arts.  Premium fitness classes are purchased in 6-8 week session packages where participants begin with basic movement and progress to more advanced levels throughout the course. Members and non-members of Campus Recreation are eligible to register for these courses.

    • The Pilates Studio

      Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles that help to keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. Through Pilates exercise, you will learn the awareness of breathing and align your spine while aiming to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Visit the Pilates Studio to learn more about the program.

  • Penn Park 5k Races 

    Penn Campus Recreation, through the Intramural Program, will assist in the organization and operation of any 5K utilizing Penn Park. Interested groups should contact Campus Recreation no less than a month away from their intended race date by filling out the form, located below. Availability is determined by the Assistant Director of Intramurals, Programs, and Special Events and will be communicated to the group before any publicity can be approved. Once the date and time are confirmed, the interested group must meet with the Assistant Director to begin planning the logistics of the event. Modifications to the pre-existing course can be made, but only with the approval from Campus Recreation. Click Here to complete the 5K Event Request & Registration Form
    • Community Outreach Program

      Looking to plan an activity for your organization, club, or team? We offer private programming for groups of any size with any budget.
